Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement for items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds, or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
For optimum use and to prevent wax tunneling, burn the candle until the wax has melted and pooled to the edge. Use the lid to extinguish the flame. Allow candle to solidify before re-lighting. Trim the wick between uses, ensuring it is no longer than ¼ inch/6mm. Protect the surface on which the candle rests. Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time. Do not leave unattended or within reach of children or pets.

- Always keep away from children, pets and anything that can catch fire.
- Container may become too hot to touch. When wax is 6mm from bottom of candle it has finished, please dispose (or recycle!)

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
